If winter has taken its toll on your skin, use this bath recipe to get dry, dull and tired skin transformed back to its natural radiance.

Recipe:

Draw a warm bath (keep it comfortable, but not too hot) and add:
2 cups Dead Sea Salt
1 cup Himalayan Salt
1 cup of raw oats, grinded down to a powder

Soak in the tub for at least 20 minutes. 

Bathing with the mineral rich Himalayan Salts and Dead Sea Salts provide essential minerals that improve the overall tone of your skin.  These salts cleanse pores while lifting out harmful toxins leaving your skin soft and supple. Adding raw oats to the bath acts as an added bonus for softening and soothing skin and giving it that all over healthy glow.

For a truly spa like experience, make an oatmeal face mask while you soak by taking a small handful of the powdered oats and adding a little water to the oats in the palm in your hand to make a paste like consistency. Gently massage the oats onto your face.  Leave on as a mask for 5 minutes before rinsing for a natural way to cleanse your face and reveal younger, healthier skin.
