
Taking a time out from the hustle and bustle of the day to day is essential.
Tonight, why don’t you try drawing a nice bath- add some of your favorite
bath salts, light some candles or incense, tune into your favorite play list and last but not least, close that bathroom door!
Shutting yourself away and taking a bath for at least 20 minutes is a great way to end the day.
You’ll get some quality "me time" to relax and unwind and it'll help you sleep so much better during the night.
Warning - Don't allow the following ruin a perfectly good soak:
-You spend your time sitting in the tub worrying about what’s on tomorrow’s agenda.
-You bring your cell phone into the bathroom with you (though you ignore the calls and don’t pick up this just sends your mom into a panic, so she keeps calling and calling…).
-You forget to close the door completely and your dog snoops in to investigate.
-Your bath gets interrupted by the sudden urge to pee and you have to hop out.
