Weeks ago I was speaking to a customer of ours and she mentioned that she added Dead Sea Mud into her baths.
Now, it never occurred to me to use the mud in this way as I always thought of the mud as being used as a mask.
But, I was very curious about this so I decided to give it a try and found that I absolutely love it!
Sure, adding the mud into my bath made the water turn brown but once I got in it felt wonderful.
The water didn’t feel “dirty” like I expected that it might, it actually felt really cleansing and the water was incredibly soft, too.
Try the recipe below for a bath that will
almost make you feel as if you’re soaking in the real
Dead Sea:
2 cups of Dead Sea Salt
¼ cup of Dead Sea Mud
Draw a nice warm bath and add the Dead Sea Salt and Dead Sea Mud. Allow the salt and mud to disperse evenly throughout the tub.
Step in and enjoy your soak for 20 minutes, or as long as you’d like.
When you’re ready to hop out, give yourself a quick rinse with fresh water. Follow with a light rinse of the tub to wash out any remaining mud left behind.
