If you live abroad and would like to place an order, please do so by emailing us at
customerservice@sfbsc.com  or by calling us at 1.800.480.4540.  This will allow us to provide you with a special quote for shipping based on your location and order details.  Please keep in mind that we are not set up for international web orders.

Typically, the most economical way for us to ship internationally is to use US Mail flat rate boxes which can hold up to 20 lbs.  Depending on the actual items you order, this may vary as multiple items may fill the box before the maximum weight is met.

Special Note About Free Shipping Specials:  If you are ordering products that are currently on a Free Shipping special we would be happy to offer you a discounted shipping rate for international orders.  What we’ll do is subtract what the shipping cost would have been had we shipped within the US and just charge the difference!

Here are some important things to keep in mind when having your order shipped internationally:

-We are unable to verify international addresses with our shipping software; therefore, we require the complete Ship-To address in a written statement from the customer (via email) for all international orders. The shipping label(s) will be created to match the exact address which is provided by the customer. The San Francisco Bath Salt Company is not responsible for shipments that are undeliverable because of an invalid, incomplete or undeliverable address.

 -Though we have never had an international shipment lost in transit, we cannot guarantee delivery or condition of product upon arrival.

-Any taxes, duties or other costs incurred on arrival through international shipping are at the customer's expense.

-All orders need to be paid in US dollars by credit card or Paypal.
