You’re a guy. Your morning ritual consists of a quick shower using only the basics: a bar of deodorant soap (Coast, anyone?) and a shaver. If it’s a special occasion, you may use aftershave. You’re out the door quickly and you pride yourself in taking less time to get ready than your female counterparts.
But consider this: everyone, regardless of gender, benefits from having softer, healthier skin, a better night’s sleep, and a stronger libido - which can all be yours if you take regular baths. Bathing, particularly when using sea salts, delivers valuable nutrients and minerals to your skin that help protect and nourish it - making it softer, smoother, more supple, and able to defend against harsh elements. Not to mention, you’ll feel more relaxed, healthier, and smoother to the touch.
Try taking a bath instead of that quick shower twice a week - you won’t regret it!
