We know sometimes getting your children to take a bath can be an ordeal- That's why we’ve taken the scents kids like best to create recipes just for them.
Creating these bath salts can also be a fun activity for you and your child to spend time together. Have fun!
Monster Mania Bath Salts
5 lbs Pacific Sea Salt (fine)
60 drops (approx. 1 teaspoon) Frankincense & Myrrh
40 drops green food coloring
Dragon Bath Salts
5 lbs Pacific Sea Salt (fine)
60 drops (approx. 1 teaspoon) Dragon’s Blood
30 drops red food coloring
10 drops yellow food coloring
Princess Bath Salts
5 lbs Pacific Sea Salt (fine)
65 drops Jasmine
30 drops red food coloring
Sweet Meadow Bath Salts
5 lbs Pacific Sea Salt (fine)
120 drops (approx. 2 teaspoons) Lavender
30 drops violet food coloring
For each recipe:
1) Put on latex gloves and dusk mask.
2) Place the Pacific Sea Salt in a large bowl or container.
3) Add food coloring a few drops at a time while continuously blending with your hands (the suggested usage amount for the colors on these recipes can be lessened or increased depending on the color you wish to achieve).
4) Add fragrance or essential oils into mixture by once again blending with your hands, adding a few drops at a time.
5) Store in well sealed container to keep out moisture and retain scent.
Each recipe will create enough salt for about 25 soaks in the tub.
