The evenings and just before bed aren’t the only good times to take baths!  Taking a bath as part of your morning routine can truly awaken you so that you can be energized, alert and focused for the day ahead.

The trick is to take a cool bath.  Make it comfortable, but still try to keep the water as brisk as possible because too warm of a bath will only relax you.  The second vital part to keeping it refreshing is to choose a scent, whether it be a fragrance or essential oil, that will also help to perk you up in the AM. A vibrant and cheerful colored bath salt can also help to set the tone of your day.

Eucalyptus, Juniperberry, Lemongrass, Orange, Peppermint, Spearmint or Lime.
