- Hello, I just placed my first order with your company which I found via "Google" search of bath salts. Thus far the experience has been great! I called to find out about a gift card and other shipping options. Customer Service answered and mentioned that someone would get back to me in 10 min. A short while later Customer Service called back stating that a sales person had not returned as yet but that since he promised a return call he would help me.
