Q: I’d like to buy this salt for bathing and for cooking. What grain sizes are best for each?
A: If you’d like to use Himalayan salt in your favorite food, a good rule of thumb is to buy a fine grain size. That way, you can use them in your tabletop salt shaker. When bathing, it’s up to you! Large grain sizes take longer to dissolve but also look beautiful. Smaller grain sizes dissolve faster and are also great to use as an exfoliant.
