Use this item for special charges authorized by customer support.
A few examples of  special charges are:
- Items sold but not currently displayed on web
- Special freight charges - International, expedited, overnight etc...
- Labelling fee

Instructions:
1) Use the qty to add the total special charge. Each unit = $0.01c
2) Use the drop down menu to choose customer support you spoke to.
3) use the comments field to add any reference, notes, instructions, comments, etc...
